Fasten off leaving a long tail for sewing (see photo 3 as an example, even though the colors are different).

Assembly – Part 1
With a length of green yarn, use the whip stitch to sew the bottom of the body (part of the skipped 52 sts on round 27) starting from the sts closer to the handle and moving on to the other side until you have 20 sts left in total (use photo 4 as an example, even though the colors are different).

While sewing, stuff your Amigurumi and insert the rattle ball in the center. Stuff the handle too. Use a pencil or hook to push the stuffing through the entire length of the handle.
Stuff the handle generously so that it won’t make wrinkles when you bend it!
Bend the handle, bringing its open end near the 20-stitch opening on round 27 of your Amigurumi (use photo 5 as an example, even though the colors are different).
Using the long tail of green yarn from the last round of the handle, sew the handle to the open sts of the body (use photo 6 as an example, even though the colors are different).
Weave in all your ends.

Place your working loop on a st holder (photo 12) and crochet the neck (see next section).

Neck
Find the other end of your skein of yarn or take a new skein. In my case, I was pulling from the center for the head, so I used the other end for the neck.
Join your new yarn in the first skipped st from round 10 (photo 13).

For clarity, the neck rounds will be numbered as 1a, 2a, etc.
Round 1a. Sc 8 working on the skipped sts from round 10.
